Hospice Toronto provides and facilitates access to compassionate care for people with life threatening illnesses, offering them support options, honouring their choices and supporting their families and friends.

Being a young carer is hard because my nanny is going to die. And going to YCP [Young Carers Program] and meeting Laura, Anh and Natasha and having fun with Jenna, Laura, Anh and Natasha can make me not think about Nanny dying. And this having fun will make me not think that when I come home Nanny will be alive. Thanks YCP!
