Two Brothers and a Talking Tree

by Jorge (age 12) | Partner Organization: Street Kids Direct

Street Kids Directs Mission is to promote the plight of street children, to raise funds to alleviate the suffering of street children, to provide support, training and advice to our charity partners and to help prevent more children choosing to live on the streets.

Once upon a time in a grand city there lived two brothers named Mario and Roberto. They both liked to go into the woods to see all the exotic animals like birds, insects, deer, rabbits, squirrels, iguanas, and snakes. Also they liked to go see the fish and toads.
They also liked to build fires, play card games and tell each other jokes that would make them laugh. They also liked to tell each other scary stories and remember things from when they were kids. Afterward, they would return home content with all that they had done throughout the day. They would then sit down and watch some TV together and then go to bed.
A week after they were in the woods, the brothers Mario and Roberto decided to return to the place where they had spent all their time in the woods but this time there was someone bad cutting down the trees.
But when the bad person was cutting down the tree, the tree spoke to him and told him it was bad to cut down trees and this really scared the bad person. The End :)
